The complainant (hereinafter referred to as "I"/"we"/"me"/"us"/"my"/"our") solemnly declare that all complaints and information provided are true, valid, and have been personally verified by me/us.

I/We declare that the Online Reporting System will not be utilized for the submission of malicious complaints. I/we declare that all supporting documents submitted through the Online Reporting System are hereby affirmed to be true, accurate, legally and valid. I/we understand that any inaccuracy in these documents may result in legal consequences, and I/we are prepared to face punishment for perjury if any.

I/We understand and agree that I/we shall be solely responsible for any damages incurred by taking appropriate action in response to my/our complaint, such as delisting, deleting, blocking, or disconnecting the Complained Against Content from the Complained Against Domain Name. This responsibility also extends to any legal action, claim, or dispute resulting from an untrue complaint. This covers, among other things, any losses GNAME could have to pay Registrants, litigation costs, attorney fees, and reputational harm.

I/We acknowledge that GNAME, as an ICANN accredited registrar, and domain registrants are bound by the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). I/we understand that no policy within the Online Reporting System can override the UDRP or exempt domain registrants from their obligations under it.

I/We understand and agree that GNAME may collect and use the information and materials provided by me/us for the purpose of handling the complaint, and may transmit such information and materials to Registrants and any other appropriate third parties as necessary.

I/we acknowledge that this Declaration constitutes a legally binding agreement between me/us and GNAME, and it shall govern the relationship between the parties involved.
