Solution for Not Receiving Emails from Our Site in Yahoo Mail

If you encounter issues receiving the email verification code when registering an account, please refer to the following methods:

1. Check the Email Format

First, verify that the email format is correct. If there is an extra, missing, or incorrect character, simply register again using the correct email.

2. Mark as Not Spam

If the email format is correct and you still aren’t receiving the verification email from our site, try marking emails from Gname as “Not Spam” in your email settings. After this, you can try resending the system email.

Log in to Yahoo Mail, click the menu bar, and select “Spam.”

Inside the “Spam” folder, select the email address you want to mark and set it as “Not Spam.”

After completing these steps, return to the Gname registration page and resend the email. If you still don’t receive it, please contact Gname customer support for further assistance!
